After several online meetings, on October 13 and 14 all Swiss project partners visited the facilities of RAG in Upper Austria for the first time as part of a "USC-FlexStore Project Workshop" and for a joint exchange in Vienna.
From December 2020, the “Underground Sun Conversion – Flexible Storage” (USC-FlexStore) project will investigate seasonal storage of large quantities of renewable energy to be made available year round.
A virtual kick-off meeting of the "USC-FlexStore" project was held with representatives of all participating organizations on 21th January.
